  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days. (Does not include weekends or public holidays.)
    • International Shipping: 14 to 21 business days.

6. International Shipping:
  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all such charges.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages:
  • In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, She Is by J. Marie is not responsible for packages once given to the mail courier. For missing shipments, you will need to file an official claim with the corresponding mail courier that was responsible for delivering your package. Claims resolution time period including reimbursements are subject to the mail courier. If your package is returned for any reason, you may request to have your order reshipped. She Is by J. Marie is not responsible for any reshipment fees.

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. We are not held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
