She Is by J.Marie will offer you store credit or an exchange for a different product. To ensure best experience, please utilize the size chart and size of the model listed. If you are unsure about the size, it is recommended to size up when completing an online purchase. Please carefully check items before completing purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. Any clothing purchased on final sale are final.
Exchange Policy
You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No stains, rips, tears, holes, odors, or any other damages are allowed. The tag must be intact at the original location on the clothing to qualify for an exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. If you received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order tracking number via sheisbyjmarie@gmail.com within 3 days of clothing being delivered. A She Is by J. Marie customer service representative will contact you and gladly assist.
